General Provisions
1. Quotation Validity: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, formal quotations provided by HARDEX Chemicals remain valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.
2. Product Availability: The availability of products in our inventory is subject to change based on ongoing sales activities occurring on or after the quotation date.
3. Online Purchases: Customers are encouraged to conveniently purchase compounds online via the HARDEX Chemicals online shop. Real-time information regarding product availability and pricing is accessible through our online platform.
4. Formatting Options and Packaging Information: Detailed information regarding product formatting and packaging can be found in the Formatting Options section. Customers are advised to refer to this section for insights into different options and packaging details.
5. Ordering and Inquiries: To place a purchase order, discuss specific requirements, or obtain additional information, customers are kindly requested to contact us directly at orders@hardexchemicals.com.
Delivery Terms
6. Lead Time for Order Processing and Delivery: The processing and delivery time for orders vary depending on size and formatting requirements. Larger orders may necessitate longer processing times.
7. Shipping Charges: Estimated shipping charges will be specified in the confirmation of the Customer’s Purchase Order (PO) and are based on tariffs set by courier services.
8. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for packaging, handling, or re-formatting of products. For detailed information, customers are advised to refer to the HARDEX Chemicals Formatting Options or contact us at orders@hardexchemicals.com.
9. Delivery Time for Small Selections: For small selections of stock compounds (less than 100 items), the estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days from the Customer’s confirmation of the Purchase Order (PO).
10. Delivery Time for Larger Selections: Larger selections of up to 5,000 compounds will be dispatched within 1-3 weeks from the Customer’s confirmation of the Purchase Order (PO). Delivery schedules for orders exceeding 5,000 compounds will be mutually agreed upon.
11. Shipment Notification: Upon dispatching the shipment, HARDEX Chemicals will provide the Customer with a courier tracking number and relevant shipment details.
12. INCOTERMS 2020: Shipping terms comply with INCOTERMS 2020 standards. Compounds are shipped FCA Kyiv via an international courier service to a location specified by the Customer. Any deviations from these terms require explicit written acceptance by HARDEX Chemicals.
13. Import Duties and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country, for which the Customer is solely responsible.
14. Compliance with Laws: Customers are responsible for complying with national laws and regulations pertaining to the ordered chemicals, including safe handling, storage, and disposal.
15. DISCLAIMER: HARDEX Chemicals’ compounds are intended for research purposes only, and any non-research use is strictly prohibited.
Quality Assurance
16. Product Purity: HARDEX Chemicals ensures a minimum purity of 90% for its products, confirmed by LCMS and/or 400MHz NMR data analysis.
17. Documentation and Traceability: Comprehensive documentation and traceability records are maintained for each compound, facilitating quality and origin verification.
18. Customizable Quality Assurance Services: HARDEX Chemicals offers customizable quality assurance services upon request to meet specific requirements.
19. Customer Feedback and Support: HARDEX Chemicals welcomes customer feedback to address concerns promptly, with dedicated support available for inquiries related to product quality.
Marketing Terms and Permissions:
20. Compound Libraries: Customers can access and download compound libraries in SD file format from our website.
21. Data Processing and Communication: By registering on our websites, customers grant permission for data processing and may receive commercial communications from HARDEX Chemicals.
22. Protection of Customer Information: Customer information is protected and used solely for communication and marketing purposes by HARDEX Chemicals.
23. Unsubscribing: Customers can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the provided link.
24. Academic Research Usage: Researchers utilizing HARDEX Chemicals’ products for academic studies must acknowledge the company in resulting publications.
Confidentiality
25. Third-Party Disclosure: Customers shall not disclose confidential information received from HARDEX Chemicals to third parties without prior written consent.
26. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Customers and HARDEX Chemicals may enter into a separate NDA upon request to protect confidential information.
Product Returns and Refunds:
27. Return Policy: Product returns are generally not accepted unless evidence indicates low purity or structural discrepancies.
28. Supporting Documentation: Customers seeking refunds must provide relevant supporting documentation for claim evaluation.
29. Refund Procedure: Refunds, if approved, will be processed promptly using the original payment method.
30. Return Shipping: The necessity for product return and associated shipping will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Force Majeure
